Vessel is 406 str and up to 410 crit. These values are pretty static due to quick ramp up time. This trinket cannot be reforged to be anything but strength and crit.
Heart is 321 exp and between 1926 (~20 second fight) and down to 385 strength (~100 second fight). It will almost always give you significantly more than 385 strength unless your fight ends just before it procs again.
EotEF is 383 mastery and between 1277 (15 second fight) and down to 319 strength (60 second fight). Because of it ALWAYS being lined up with PoF it sims at minimum 383 strength and will be slightly more unless the fight ends just before it comes off CD.
LTS is 321 hit and up to 380 strength. These are pretty close to static, due to quick ramp up time.
HoR and LtS are pretty hard to go wrong with. EotEF has always been a dps loss for me compared to either HoR or LtS and I'm confidant that Vessel also will pull away from it over the course of a fight without much difficulty. This statement is personal anecdotal evidence. HoR has always been a winner to me compared to Apparatus(N), LtS, and especially compared to EotEF. EotEF with PoF 100% combined is only just as good as HoR with 0% overlap with PoF.
