Just something worth noting. If I load up my character and click re-forge, despite re-forging this morning I get told to reforge to a 13.5 loss of DPS. If I press it again it changes and I re-forge back, gaining that 13.5 back.

If I am optimised, should I not stay optimised, or is the math that close that it constantly tries to juggle the numbers?
