Exactly as Glaxipi said. Remember it also depends a lot on your specific gear. Since plotting takes a very long time even on a decent computer, here's two example sims of mine

In the first one, you can see in the plot that at about +150 haste, haste scales better than mastery - it also happens that that is the 1573 threshold. Also the stat weights at the beginning of the sim are haste>mastery>crit

In the second sim, I've reforged just over that haste, and from then on, mastery scales better. The dps increase also is as suggested by the first sim. The stat weights also changed to mastery>haste>crit.

Sim is pretty accurate too since that's almost the dps I pull in a real raid environment. (Actually helter-skleter sims are much more accurate, but these two are the ones demonstrating the point of this post better)

EDIT: These two sims dont have reforge plots, just normal plots. I've found reforge plots to take an awful lot of time to calculate.
