So I am full Ruthless (Almost), and I am wanting to go PVE only pieces I have so far for PVE are

[Dark Phoenix Gloves]
[Dark Phoenix Legguards]
[Treads of Fleeting Joy]

I want to get more gear for PVE, but before I can start raiding Im sure I need to gear up better for FL. What gear should I be getting whats the best way to do it?
