Thanks for the clarification on LvB vs. Fulm and apologies for the oversimplification of the question, made it seem far too obvious. I was more focusing on whether delaying a LvB after casting a LB at 9 stacks to fulm instead would yield a dps increase by preserving a possible 10th charge, but likely the guaranteed clearcasting applied to the 9 stack fulm will outweigh this anyway. Thanks again.
