i wouldn't say that. on our server (eredar was the frist german servers available) only one alliance guild is up to kael, all the rest just entered ssc after patch 2.1.0. some horde guilds are inbetween.
sure every server has its own hard core guild, but these guilds should not be taken as average imo.
