There's a BIS list for 4.2 posted in the first post of the thread. In other words: you didn't look hard enough.

Basically, I was searching for 4.2 BiS Muti-rogue setup with reforging and caps included... I found none.
After some work done I got THIS.
If anyone can do better, tell me. If not, the starting post could be edited... But there's 4.3 coming anyway.
P.S.: Yeah, a troll rogue woth engineering and jewels... But that's just mine.
