This post is too simple even for the Simple Questions and Answers thread. It indicates that you have not read the lead post in the Balance thread. It also indicates you haven't downloaded WratchCalcs/played around with it. Don't bother posting again until you do those two things. You've more than exhausted the "I'm new" freebies in terms of poor quality posts.

Our stat priorities are (as stated in Hamlet's main thread)
- Int
- Hitcap (17% = 1742 ratings)
- Haste
- Mastery
- Crit
I would say it's a big deal, at least. I haven't tried going all crit or something, but most people agrees that this is the best stat prio.
Ignoring any nice trinket/enchant procs, you basically reapply dots when you hit an eclipse and refresh them just before you leave the eclipse, and hope that that last refresh will last you until next eclipse.

Panzer, what numbers should I be shooting for with those stats. I know INT = as much as possible and I am at 17 on hit, so as for as
- Haste
- Mastery
- Crit
What kind of #'s should I be aiming for?
