Sadly, what you want isn't relevant. What matters is what's optimal, and its optimal to skip RvS on some finishers to avoid wasting combo points.
Also, this is explained in the FAQ, and has been discussed a number of times before. Please do a bit more research before posting. Thanks.

I dont want to loose 1 CPs(from 3 to 5 combo points) and I always want to use finisher with RvS. Not using RvS as you said its not good solution.
Whats wrong with starting new combo point cycle with RvS? It have 15 sec buff and thats enough time for us.
