That shouldn't be the case with the simmed profile,
it has about 2200 haste, and thus is far over the 2005 soft-hastecap for fire,
but almost 1000 haste from the next one.
Moreover, simc undervalues haste in comparison with rawr, and that
shouldn't result from this kind of effect.
Still I'll re-sim with different delta values to make sure....
