Use the spreadsheet. Everyone has a slightly different mix of gear, so it's really impossible for anyone to tell you the exact value of a particular upgrade with respect to what you already have. I mean it's possible, but we don't permit tailored gear help on our forums, so I guess impossible without getting an infraction would be more accurate here.
