250 is far too low to be considered a reasonable sample size from which a full conclusion can be drawn. I may not play a warrior, but I'm a scientist and I'd be mocked for trying this.

I havn't seen it mentioned before, but seems like Heroic Strike can't get parried or dodged. I noitced it yesterday when I was raiding with only 21 expertise by mistake, and after testing it on a dummy I havn't got a single dodge/parry in 250 HS.
