You need to bring something more to start a meaningful conversation than, "This happened to me one time in band camp." You need to either try running the numbers on your own or wait for someone else to run the numbers or PM someone. As this stands it just looks like you asking someone else to do work for you, which is not how our forums work.

Hey,
I noticed in the BiS thread that landsoul had mentioned using haste items over mastery items as to help with rage gen. Is there a specific soft cap at which we would aim for and is it worth the sacrifice of hit for it and if so how low could we drop our hit as a rough estimate to make the haste increase viable due to the loss of white swings. I would have to run some numbers but I feel probably 14% min hit and probably around 6.5% haste would be a good scale for how even they would need to be as it seems any lower on hit you would lose rage gen. I have not run any numbers to support my claim just from a personal experience while messing around on the PTR.
Any suggestions or possible feedback would be great.
