Has anyone seen if there is anything in Dragon Soul that requires much in the way of kiting or on-the-ball interrupts? I am wondering if there is any point for DW Frost to spec into Chillblains or Endless Winter this tier rather than Icy Reach/RPM and Impr FP.

Looking at the boss abilities says not really (though I might have missed something), but I figured that I would ask here.
