Also: the neck? Really? Its pretty much guaranteed to be the smallest possible upgrade for anyone in BIS T12, given that its effectively identical to the H:Rag one.

Really depends on what item is the biggest upgrade for you. But lets say you've got all bis pre DS, then Id go for the BoP neck if I were you.
