I recently got my t13 2pc bonus and still have my t12 2 piece, my question is , what is the best way to use the 2pc bonus ? is it simply just SHRED spam after 60pecent health and 5pt FB everytime its up or do i FB at the time rip is about to run out to keep it going , which is the best dps increase since I am not able to practice this on a target dummy for obvious reasons .. its health never falls/// also > In regards to stat priority I can pretty much gather that reforging for kitties is pretty much a preference but I am going with RAWR and also with new gear loosing haste and gaining mastery and crit which will cause my matrix resabilizer to affect mastery now.. is this going to affect dps substantially?
