If you have a specific question feel free to ask it / post logs to help folks answer. But posting your armory link (which is redundant anyhow as it is in the user plate to the left of your post), your rotation and expecting folks to just tell you how to do more DPS isn't what we do here. There is a plethora of information you can read to get the basics down and feel free to post again with a specific question.

My DPS is around 17k on Raid Dummy, so wtf? Rotation:
Serpent String --> Chimera --> 2x Arcane Shot --> Steady Shot for full focus --> Chimera --> 2x Arcane Shot --> Steady Shot for full focus.
