Alurmi's Ring - Item - World of Warcraft and Splintered Brimstone Seal - Item - World of Warcraft

I've got in bag this one Mannoroth's Signet - Item - World of Warcraft

And I can buy for VP Emergency Descent Loop - Item - World of Warcraft

Now which of these I have to change? Should I upgrade Alurmi's Ring - Item - World of Warcraft for Emergency Descent Loop - Item - World of Warcraft or change Splintered Brimstone Seal - Item - World of Warcraft to Emergency Descent Loop - Item - World of Warcraft (-140 crit, +182 haste)?
