I recently acquired (normal) [Seal of the Seven Signs] and replaced my (normal) [Jaws of Defeat] with it, purely for the static intellect boost. 1) Heavy raid damage (very rare): Ideal situation, spam HR and DL as needed.

In essence, I'm attempting to use the haste proc as a mana regen/conservation phase instead of throughput, simply because it seldom procs during heavy incoming damage. Until (normal/LFR) [Heart of Unliving] drops, is this ideal? Or is it more beneficial to take a small intellect drop and use Jaws or t11 Int-spirit proc trinkets?

Yea that's why I didn't like [Seal of the Seven Signs] too much because i couldn't control when I wanted to use the haste. But you have the right idea for the scenarios above. But don't not cast to prevent a proc when you don't want it. It will just cause your healing numbers to suffer even more than they will already. The best setup for me currently is [Jaws of Defeat] and [Heart of Unliving]. On Ultraxion if you get the blue buff which the Holy Paladin should, you will never run out of mana with the combination of those two trinkets. You actually gain mana lol.
