Ok. I'm simply adding 10 haste to my rating numbers to account for it and it seems to. If the rounding doesn't scale with haste is it safe to assume we can just add 10 haste to the calculations and the result is correct? (works at 195->2005 and 1576->1585)
I've also switched my mage to herbology to grab the 480 haste cd. This let's me run with 1100 haste and dump the rest in crit while still achieving the 13 combustion ticks. Rawr doesn't have a way to model this however I've seen a substantial increase in my dps (2K) by doing this; well worth the 40 int it seems.
