I could just be very dumb, but simulationcrafts are showing Chaos Bolt to be weaker than Incinerate
in all instances. DPCT/ET, and all that jazz. What would be the benefit of using it over Incinerate?
From my understanding, you might as well just never use Chaos Bolt anymore unless you're under hit cap.
