I'm at loss here..

Sitting on 2p t13, i am wondering when it's ok to get rid of the 2p t12 (378 shoulders, heroic leggings).
Playing combat atm but considering Sub.
Should i replace the 2p t12 with only t13 pieces, or is any random 397 item good enough? (doubt it is..)
