I ran a sim with your armory and got a more reasonable 35.7k. My guess would be that you haven't updated simulation craft recently. As far as your statement that you had been doing less than 30k on each fight and they are just stand still fights, really only ultraxion and to a lesser extent morchok fit this description. And unfortunately both of those fights are missing from your most recent log. The other fights are a little more complex, zon'ozz you stand still but it has a large damage bonus, yorsahj has a large aoe mechanic to it and potentially some movement, hagara is a lot of movement and downtime, same story with warmaster. I went back a week further and found that you did have ultraxion and morchok there.

Looking at those fights I'll just make a few basic notes without going in to a lot of detail. On Morchok, stay in for a black blood phase and bubble, pop DP when bubble wears off, you'll be fine and it helps. Other than that feel free to judge and exo a few times when you do have to run. Ultraxion you had a somewhat low inquisition uptime but it's possible for ultraxion logs to get screwy with the phasing. I didn't really tear these logs down since they are older, you could have had a lot less gear, maybe you weren't far from your sim back then and so on. Feel free to update your SimC, try a new sim, and go through another week and see how your performance turns out in comparison.
