Hi all, I'm sorry if these are obvious questions, but I'm a new 85 rogue of 3 days.
For combat:
Is it better to use SnD with 1 CP or 5? It seems like consistently using it with 1 CP when possible is better (using more energy but less combo points in the long run), but I don't know.
If it's better to use SnD with 1 CP, and if it's about to fall off when I have 3-5 CP, is it better to refresh SnD or let it wear off and use the CP for evis?

edit: Just remembered another question.
If I mess up and get 5 CP on a mob without RVS, is it better to use RVS before evis or just evis without it?
