If I mess up and get 5 CP on a mob without RVS, is it better to use RVS before evis or just evis without it?

Refresh SnD when it has between 0 and 1 second remaining, regardless of how many CPs you're at.

If you proc to 5 CP without RvS, Eviscerate. Using RvS at 5CP is a dps loss.
