Of course it helps with spells with a cast time, so UA, SB etc. Also I'd say sim your character to see exact priorities.

Hi,

I'm just wondering something about haste.

Should I cut it off at 2681(2527gob) or go for more haste ? I heard i should keep stacking haste but we cant reach any other extra tick, so ...why ?
