I think that all of this questions have been already answered in this topic but Haste > crit~expertise (expertise provide cycle stability). According to Pathal's math, crit only devaluate by 2% after 40% crit chance so going crit is still worth it. To finish, there is no haste cap and yes while ShD you spend all your cp to whatever finisher is your actual priority : refresh rupture (which was putted with MoS and eventually with pots) with evi > SnD > recup.
