Really all of this can be answered by simulating your character, which is what someone would do to help answer your questions. The first post just gives rough guidelines.

Hi! I have a few questions about haste rating extra ticks.

This guide says:
Quote:

Item Level 391 - 397:
Int >SP >Hit (to cap)>Haste >Mastery=Crit
Item Level 403 - 416:
Int=Hit (to cap)>SP >Haste (2681 Rating)>Mastery>Crit>Haste
So, why i should't rich this (2681) rating on 391-397 ilvl to get this extra ticks? Or it means i should have as much as possible on 391-397 ilvl ?
Now i have 386 ilvl and my haste is 3012 (23,52%) unbuffed. As i understand with raid buffs it will be 1,2352*1,03*1,05=1,3358
and it's 33,58%, am i right?
So, now i have 3,58% usefulness haste and i can convert it to mastery(crit)? Or should i keep it increase because of

please, tell me, what is the meter with ilvl range here :)
i hope, i was clear, thx in advance.
