You're asking for anecdotal evidence which isn't what we do here. Use the tools available to decide if there is a DPS upgrade to having more haste and then decide from there.

I have Question regarding 4T13 bonus - does it worth swap VP item to RF item? (Chest in my case) calc dps doesnt show any special difference but - in practice how efficent is that haste buff?
