"Vial of Shadows - Item - World of Warcraft proc damage should now be increased by ranged attack power for hunters. Get buffed/fixed

So my question is which trinkets are BiS now ?
a. Wrath of Unchaining - Item - World of Warcraft
b. Starcatcher Compass - Item - World of Warcraft
c. Vial of Shadows - Item - World of Warcraft
