Is there an estimate as to what the value of haste is after the ~30% threshold? Mr. Robot doesn't quite like to devalue haste after that (it leaves it at the original weight of 2.08).
I'm around 35.6% haste raid-buffed using [Insignia of the Corrupted Mind] with [Bottled Wishes]. I'm wondering if I should just reforge some of that haste to mastery or just throw [Darkmoon Card: Volcano] back into the mix over [Bottled Wishes].
Suggestions?

Bottled Wishes is a horrible trinket, unless it gets you to a specific haste plateau. If you're already at the 26xx (whatever it is) haste rating plateau, then you're better off using a trinket that gives you int, and a haste proc (if it takes you to a plateau) or another secondary stat. If you can get your hands on [Cunning of the Cruel] (even the LFR version), it would be best.
