I had a quick question, the answer to which I can't seem to find anywhere else on the forums.
Which of the following 2 weapons is better (both same ilvl)
Windrunner's Bow vs Lava Bolt Crossbow
They have the same DPS, but their speed and top/low end differ. What is the way to go about assessing these kinds of situations?
