Hi, I have a quick question, I have looked through about 7 pages of this thread and have not seen what I am looking for.

I have 4 set T12 that I am using currently. I am using RF T13 Legs and I have normal T13 Hands in my bags.

My question is, is 2 set T13 better than 4 set T12? IMO T13 Hands are not optimal as far as stats go.
