I think I understand the softcap for haste wrong. I did read that you need 2005 haste but is that with or without raid buffs? I have 2015 haste rating without raid buffs when I check on my character ingame. So I want to know what haste rating I need unbuffed as an human fire mage, also numbers on what the cap will be with 2x T13, numbers and % will be enuff
