I've recently swapped over to arms from fury and I'm having trouble getting much use out of the new 2pc bonus, mostly because I rarely get to heroic strike outside of a) the odd rage spike which only needs 1 heroic strike not a whole bunch of them b) after deadly calm c) pooling a bit of rage before a cs.

I'm used to being able to use the 2pc bonus on CD and getting a large dps bump out of it, but for arms it just feels kinda useless.

Came to this thread to see what other arms warriors have to say on the topic.
