Hello,

I've been trying to improve my Fire Mage's DPS recently, as I'm hitting around 22k on most normal boss fights in 10 man raids. I'd ideally like to be hitting 27-28k DPS, which is going to be a problem considering my Mage's gear, but I'd like to ask you what you suggest I should do in order to improve in general.

My single-target rotation is usually as follows;

1) Cast Pyroblast
2) Cast Living Bomb
3) Cast Scorch
4) Cast Fireball until Pyroblast procs
5) Cast the proc'd Pyroblast
6) Cast Combustion <- Usually ticking for 6-8k per second
7) Cast Fireball until Pyroblast procs, re-applying LB once it's expired and casting Combustion when opportune

EDIT: I also apply Flame Orb whenever possible.

How is this rotation? How can I improve on this?

Secondly, I do not have an effective AOE rotation. Could someone suggest what to do in such a situation?

Note: I know I've not got the appropriate Therazane rep for the PvE shoulder enchants, so I'm using the PvP ones and I'm working on that. Secondly, I've not got the required Enchanting level to enchant my rings yet, but I'll put +40 intellect on both of them.
