If we are speaking about 4.3.2, why not use ES-AS-ES-ES or even ES-AS-ES-AS-ES?
As Ren posted so eloquently on the WoW Forums:
Very low focus: ExS x2 >CoS > ExS
Low focus: ExS x2 > ArS > ExS
Medium-high focus: ExS > ArS > ExS x2
Very high focus: ExS > ArS > ExS > ArS > ExS
KC also doesn't affect Sic 'Em where Arcane Shot does.
