hey fellow-taure, good to see someone else playing the king-race 
first of all, your normal rotation or rather priority is MS > CS > OP > Slam; MS>CS will result in a higher csmash uptime, especially with the t134p.
what u will usually do, not considering any phases where u need burst or bloodlust etc, u will pop ur cooldowns like this:
wait until u got 3LttS, than pop deadly calm and your trinket. while DC is active u cant use IR. ur rotation stays the same(obviously spam hs on cooldown since its not on the gcd), see above. when DC falls off, u pop recklessness and inner rage, but take care that u do not spam too many HS, the general priority still is the same (unless u have to decide wheter to slam or use a incite-procc due to low rage)
this way you will get max dummy dps, "cd-rotation" obviously changes on most boss fights
