It's probably on the wow discussion forums. We do end-game theorycraft here, so you're unlikely to see a BiS for normal modes. That said, you can feel free to create one and post it, but we don't do requests here. Some of the classes don't even do BiS lists formally since the decisions are fairly obvious when you consider stat weightings/priorities.
