It's easy to find, either on our search function or via Google, how Tarecgosa procs appear in logs. Plus, if you had no logs prior to 4.3.2 to compare it to, how do you know anything's changed? Clearly you haven't been seeing one behavior, then suddenly another post-patch, or you'd know that your previous logs looked just the same.

I haven't been able to find any information about this so figured i would post it.
We decided to clear Firelands HC today, when we got to Ragnaros i went Arcane and i noticed afterwards that my damagemeter did not say anything about the proc from the Legendary staff, so i figured it had bugged out with the new patch.
To confirm this, i went to check at our combatlog over at WoL and it did not display any damage from the staff whatsoever.
I doubt this is an intended change and has to be a bug, have anyone else noticed this since 4.3.2?
