No one is recommending that talent for raiding here. It's not recommended in the first post of the thread you posted in, and it's not recommended in the general enhancement guide. I looked at the talent specs of a few random posters here, and no one is using it except you. You should replace it with ancestral swiftness; that's one of the best dps talents available, I'm not sure why you skipped it.

But aside from that (and despite me answering you), asking for specific advice on how to play your character isn't allowed here. Your question is probably even too simple for the "simple questions" thread, since you can find the answer to basic talent questions like this by reading the enhancement guide in the "welcome" post.

And finally, don't start a new line when you start a new sentence, and always capitalize the first person pronoun "I," no matter where in a sentence you use it.

Hi all.

I have a question about the talent seazoned winds.

As a raiding enhancement shaman it seems i don`t realy use the talent anymore.
Should i get rid of it and change it with another talent like elemental precision.
