This would be a good spec, as long as you still never have to use lifetap. The reason why we had two full points in mana feed is to reduce the use of lifetap. With more Intellect, mana becomes less of a hassle, and maybe in the heroic gear chaos bolt and soul fire might grant enough mana regeneration to put more points in the Affliction tree.
