Hey guys, i'm still relatively new (in my eyes) to world of warcraft and my first toon is my rogue which i lurvv 
Now i have a few question's i understand this topic, though just now i had some rogue come up to me saying all this stuff and i'm like well um could he be right or could he be wrong but i'm clueless one way or another

if you could look at my gear, my sockets, my reforging & my hit caps / spell hit caps / haste / mastery and such are right or wrong i would really really appreciate it.
i thought "spell-hit cap should be 17.00% (mine is 17.05%) and under melee its (15.42%) it's according to what Aidey told me"
Mastery (i have no idea how low you can go (without needing it) but Aidey did however say that "mastery's cap should be 13% which im at 12.94% (under spell & melee)
Expertise is 21/21 (cap is apparently 26/26) for Combat rogues.
Haste is 27.78% (melee) 20.55% (spell)
If anybody could look at that link and tell me if there is anything wrong or anything i have said right now that i could improve (to be doing better DPS then please let me know
