why do ppl keep telling me Starfall is best used in Solar Eclipse? I see nothing that talks about that in the guide. one person mentioned to me that it's because of the Earth and Moon talent. That makes no sense to me being that the talent allows a general dmg increase from spells, which is not directly connected to solar eclipse.
anyone got some info on this?
