But Im curious to know if rupture will have more effect on proc'ing spell weave over the course of the encounter thus doing more dps or Evis is the way to go all the way dont worry about spellweave, etc. etc.

only thing i know to tell you is common stuff like dont use rupture if mangle or hemo or w/e isnt up and dont use rupture if u dont think its going to last for its full duration
