However, it's not the only problem with your post. Please do not use smilies in place of punctuation. Do not use lazy chatspeak (oc - really? You couldn't be bothered to type out the entire 3-character almost-as-lazy "ofc"?). And, at the end of the day, you're still just asking someone else to do homework for you. If you can't do the math or use the sims, it's not our problem.
In a frenzied fit of piqued curiosity, I went to Google to see if Rawr actually does handle IA. I used the search string "rawr incanter's absorption", and lo and behold, I found out on my very first try the answer that you are asking us to Google for you. I thought long and hard (read: short and brief) about tossing you an extra point for exceptional laziness, but hey, it's a holiday over here in the States, and I'm in a good mood.

Regarding Ultraxion (25 HC), I usually go arcane there so I can do consistent dps and also better dps as fire, I was trying out using mana shield once during every Arcane Power (I have 4t13 oc) to get the spellpower from IA. I have SoW, probably not worth it without it but if someone could tell me I would appreciate it :) From my personal experience with using mana shield I definetely do less ABs and more AMs, but with the spellpower the damage of spells go way higher, and also if you use it during full cooldowns (not just AP) you can crit for much more, but you burn will a little shorter. I know SimC doesn't supports IA, is Rawr does I couldn't find it? Thanks in advance!
