I think you need a time-out for a few reasons. I am sure that you'll disagree, and that maybe others will too, but this isn't a democracy at the end of the day.

You haven't brought anything new to the discussion in about 5 pages. Though that might be true about everyone else, the fact that you can't agree to disagree is causing the thread to go in circles, and those circles are circling down instead of up.
Though other people may not agree with you they are being, in my opinion, civil about it. You aren't. This post underscores that.
It is one thing to argue that there may be other things in play that shed light on a situation. That being said, you victim bashing (without being personally involved in the incident) is frankly wtf-inducing. You may not like the rape analogies, but it seems like a valid counterpoint to the "if you don't speak up, you deserve what you get" -- which seems to be the entirety of your argument.
In total your posting falls under trolling at best. It screams "I will have the last word, and you will hear me." People have heard you; their responses indicate this clearly to me. They simply disagree. You then resorted to insults and that's where I am drawing the line. A little bit of that back and forth is fine for the BB. 5 pages is where it ends.

You can feel free to contact me when your ban lifts to discuss this more in-depth if you like. I'm sure plenty of people will read this infraction, and they are also welcome to contact me on your behalf if they feel that I have somehow horribly mistreated you. That said, given the discussion in the moderator forums and my general propensity for being a "softie", I feel this is the best course of action and will not be reverting it.

There's no seething rage here. I just make a point, and then get a wall of ad hominem and painfully stretched rape analogies. It's a pretty sad reflection on the forum honestly.
