The heart of your questions is, "Is the troll racial good enough to warrant a race change for an orc arms warrrior?" Ultimately this is something you will have to decide for yourself. Since you can't find what you're looking for in the spreadsheet, perhaps try a sim.

as a TG Fury (plz continue reading, the Post is about Arms), with Landsouls Spreadsheet i got a 0,60% DPS increase by swiching from Orc to Troll (added timestamps correctly) GS = 403.
Now i know that Fury benefits more from Haste than Arms, but the 0,60% still made me think...
Regarding, that while using Gurthalak the Expertise benefit as Orc has no value and there are no Beast-Bosses in DS its only:

15 Sec 1170 AP 2 min CD VS 10 Sec 20% Haste 3 Min CD

Sadly the Spreadsheet from Landsoul doesn't support Arms yet :/
Anyone else ever thought about the Troll Racial?
