Your profile doesn't work, you ignored the forum rules, the druid stickies, etc etc. If you won't bother to respect our rules why should anyone help you?

Hello,
I would like some help in making a push to being more then just mediocre while playing my boomkin.
I have come back to WoW a few months ago and ended up leveling a druid and picking balance since our casual raiding group had a lack of casters.
Now I think I got the basics correctly, I can now say that I know what I`m doing and I`m top or near the top DPS in most fights. I don`t have many casters buffs during our raids but I think I still manage to pull my weight.
Our latest parse from DS. World of Logs - Real Time Raid Analysis - Character - VORKASH , Realm - ULDAMAN
At this point though I`m starting to think what can I do to push for going over the line from being OK to being good. I have never ranked on WoL and from what I can tell my numbers hover on the 50-80% margin.
We are a rather casual guild and as I said the raid composition doesn`t help but I`m still left wondering if there are major things I`m still missing out on and what I can improve to break the mediocre bar.
Thanks in advance for any insight anyone might have.
