I have looked at several 2h Unholy DK´s who raid Heroic DS and almost everyone of them have no EXP cap
and some no HIT cap, also several of them favor Mastery above Crit...
I have always followed your guides for all my classes so forgive me but the only conclusion I can come to is
that your guides are not 100% in tune with actual gaming experience....or am I missing something?
